What is the “first step” in solving for the Skilled Trades shortage?

There is so much talk right now about how employers in industries like construction can’t find verified Skilled Workers to fill positions, and at the same time, Skilled Workers say they can’t find jobs.  

While there are shortages in the Skilled Trades, we believe the initial issues to solve are transparency of opportunity, the expansion of networks within the Skilled Community, and providing a world class experience for the Skilled Workers journey into the trades and through a career.
